Support for Taiwanese Students Association in New York area Application Form>> Activity Proposal>> Please download the application form and mail your application to Cultural Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in New York. ( 71 West 23 rd, Suite 1907, New York, N.Y. 10010-4102 ) Please note that application should be signed by the president of your association. Each association is eligible to apply once every 6 months ( January-June and July -December). It is required to submit your application two weeks earlier than the beginning of the activity/event. Late application will not be accepted. After the activity/event, please make sure to return relevant documents including TSA activity report, receipts and a copy of official letter issued by our Division. It is very imperative to have your association's seal stamped on your receipt. Incomplete or belated documents will not be acceped.
